About the Role
Provides onsite virtual nursing support in a dynamic healthcare environment, supporting Virtual Telemetry and Virtual Admissions/Quality functions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry, pulse oximetry, and capnography in real-time; communicate updates to bedside staff.
- Complete admission documentation and support quality initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Support safety, evidence-based practices, and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and a minimum of 6 months of nursing experience.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
Key Duties
- Support virtual telemetry monitoring and patient admissions.
- Assist in reducing bedside workload and improving care quality.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
