RN - Acute Care - Orthopedic Surgery - Full-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care for Orthopedic Surgery, working full-time night shifts. Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care through the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking.Partnering with patients and families to deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care aligned with patient goals.Coordinating interdisciplinary communication, documenting care accurately, and promoting a respectful clinical environment.Supporting performance improvement initiatives, participating in research, and advocating for safety standards.Mentoring and serving as a preceptor for other nurses and healthcare staff, fostering professional growth.Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and professional ethics. Qualifications And Skills Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of accredited nursing program preferred.Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
