About the Role
Full-time night shift Registered Nurse (RN) position in Acute Care, specializing in Ortho Surgical.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and partner with patients and families to ensure individualized care respecting diversity.
- Document care accurately and promote teamwork.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support evidence-based practice and research.
- Assist in developing protocols and optimize resource use while upholding organizational policies and standards.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a qualified workforce.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Valid RN license (single or multi-state).
- BLS certification.
- Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Must meet licensing, certification, and competency requirements upon hire.
