About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team in an acute care setting, focusing on orthopedic surgery. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking to individualize care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of RN experience
• Active licensure (RN or RN-Compact)
• BLS certification
• Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Knowledge of technology
• Commitment to culturally competent care
