RN Acute Care - Ortho Surgical - Part-Time Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate clearly with patients and families, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development, promote research utilization, and uphold organizational policies and standards.
• Proactively plan patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• Current RN license (single or multi-state compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, with direct patient care preferred
