About the role

The Post Sales Project Manager I serves as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, and Rosenbauer throughout the fire apparatus production process. This role is responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating specification changes, supporting production activities, and ensuring customers remain informed from pre-construction through final delivery. The Post Sales Project Manager I collaborates closely with production, engineering, sales, and dealer partners to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and executed. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing project documentation, and helping ensure fire apparatus are delivered according to customer specifications and expectations.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and dealers throughout the production process. Respond to questions, provide updates, and facilitate communication between customers, dealers, and internal departments to ensure expectations are understood and met.
• Project Coordination: Support the successful execution of fire apparatus projects by coordinating customer requirements, production activities, and departmental communication. Monitor project progress and help ensure specifications are accurately communicated throughout the organization.
• Change Order Management: Prepare and process change orders resulting from customer-requested modifications, midpoint reviews, and final corrections. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure change requests are properly documented, communicated, and implemented.
