RMA Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Receive and process products for repair and replacement, both physically and within the ERP system.
• Communicate repair lead times and status updates to internal and external customers.
• Manage inventory and process flow of all in-process repairs.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external customers regarding questions and updates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience with international and domestic shipping, communicating with sales and customers, and managing warehouse inventory.
