RMA Coordinator 2

ViaPath is seeking a RMA Coordinator 2 that will work closely with all related departments to meet customer priorities and requests on a daily basis. This role follows work instructions to carry out assignments correctly and meet tight schedules, primarily coordinating customer products and providing excellent customer service to maintain effective business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Ambassador for ViaPath
• Deal with vendors for RMA process
• Coordinate shipping of incoming and outgoing RMA parts
• Focus on products for vendor return
• Perform physical inventory transfer within departments and manage inventory
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing parts, and work to close open issues
• Focus on outstanding RMA inventory with vendors for call back actions
• Work closely with vendors for special parts requests, FAR, and feedback for urgent cases
• Handle day-to-day RMA Receiving activities
• Manage timely processing of RMAs to meet Service Agreements
• Maintain daily productivity/workflow reports and open issues
• Assist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as needed
• Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service/Technical Support, Field Services, and Engineering
• Maintain, review, and update process documentation regularly; create new documents as required
• Review current processes regularly and update new processes as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience working as a material handler, RMA Coordinator, or similar role
• Experience working with shipping management warehouse software
• Excellent written, interpersonal communication, and organization skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Ability to multi-task with effective decision-making
• Independent worker and strong team player
• Proficient with MS Office
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting, climbing ladders) required
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively
• Demonstrate composure to perform effectively under stressful situations
• Possess good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Shift subject to change based on business needs.
