What's the Job?
Support onsite recruitment activities, including interviews and candidate hosting
Assist with onboarding new hires at the Silicon Valley site
Coordinate physical setup of workspaces and support campus tours
Manage logistical tasks such as setting up desks and supporting event preparations
Plan and execute administrative duties to ensure smooth onboarding processes
What's Needed?
- 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or related support roles
- Ability to work onsite full-time, five days a week
- Experience with physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 40 pounds and setting up workspaces
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Professional presence and excellent communication skills
About the Role
The Coordinator 2 supports the Human Resources Support team in the recruitment and onboarding processes for the organization.
