Service Coordinator 2

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls in a professional, efficient, and timely manner, ensuring Convergint becomes the customers’ first choice for service. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports your growth as Convergint expands.

• Answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
• Coordinate service with technicians, sub-contractors, and customers within the designated CTC location.
• May act as a lead, coordinating the work of others (without supervisory responsibilities).
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements

• Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
• Strong financial knowledge, including understanding of accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, and work orders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in call center, dispatch, or administrative roles.
• Preferred (but not required): Experience in a construction industry environment.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience. Individual pay rates may vary based on job, department, location, skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, and education.
