Service Coordinator 2
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven and forward-thinking Service Coordinator to join our culture. In this role, you will meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls in a professional, efficient, and timely manner, ensuring Convergint becomes the customers’ first choice for service.
About the role
As a Service Coordinator, you are part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows. You will provide coordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors, and customers within a designated location. You may act as a lead, coordinating the work of others, but not as a supervisor. Responsibilities
- Answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls in a professional, efficient, effective, and timely manner.
- Provide coordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors, and customers within the designated location.
- Act as a lead, coordinating the work of others (without supervisory responsibilities).
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Requirements
- Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
- Strong financial knowledge and skills—ability to understand financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in call center, dispatch, or administrative roles.
- Preferred Experience (not required): Experience in the construction industry, automation, or similar environments.

Pay
The anticipated compensation for this position is $30 - $35 per hour. Individual pay rates may vary depending on skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, education, department, and location.
