We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Description/Job Summary, Responsibilities/Duties, Minimum Requirements, Desired Qualifications, Physical & Environmental Requirements, Work Environment Requirements, Details (Work Schedule, Office Type, Travel, etc.), More about HGL (maybe not needed), HGL - WE INVEST IN YOU (benefits?), Salary range. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly. - About the role: could be the Description/Job Summary (position description). Use

About the role

then

with that summary. - Responsibilities: from Responsibilities/Duties list. Use

Responsibilities

then
  • each bullet. - Requirements: Minimum Requirements (maybe combine with Qualifications?). The instruction says use headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have Minimum Requirements (what you need to be successful) - could be Requirements. Desired Qualifications (preferred) - could be Qualifications. Skills: maybe we can extract skills from requirements? But we might not have a separate skills section; we could omit if no specific skills list. However we could put some skills under Skills if present: e.g., Ability to present technical information, Ability to succeed in fast-paced, etc. But those are already in Minimum Requirements. Might be better to put them under Requirements. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. So we can include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Benefits? The posting mentions benefits via link but not detailed; we should not create Benefits unless specific content. There's a line: "A full list of benefits is available at www.hgl.com/careers/." Not specific. So we should not create Benefits section. Pay: we have salary range: "The annual salary for this position ranges from $83,895.00 - $125,843.00." That's specific, so we can create Pay section. Schedule: we have Work Schedule details: "Work Schedule: HGL office work is dictated by a 5-day work week; however, fieldwork schedules will deviate based on job requirements and may require longer hours and weekends. Office Type: Hybrid (3 days in office) Travel: Minimal but as needed to client facilities; percentage varies by project assignment." That's specific enough for Schedule section. We also have Physical & Environmental Requirements and Work Environment Requirements; these could be part of Requirements or maybe we could create a separate section but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should incorporate that info into Requirements or maybe under About the role? Probably under Requirements (minimum requirements) we can include physical & cognitive requirements as part of requirements. But the instruction says we can use only those headings; we can still include other content under those headings. So we can add physical & environmental requirements under Requirements as a paragraph. Similarly, Work Environment Requirements could be under Requirements or maybe under About the role. We'll put under Requirements. Now we need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip out EEO statements, "We are an Equal Opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Digital & AI Proficiency:" etc? That's not boilerplate but maybe part of benefits? It's about AI proficiency; could be part of Qualifications? It's under "More about HGL and the Opportunity". Might be considered fluff but it's substantive? It's about company culture; maybe we can keep under About the role? But we need to preserve all substantive information; but we can omit boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. The "Digital & AI Proficiency:" is not boilerplate; it's about encouraging AI use. Could be part of Qualifications or Skills. We'll include it under Qualifications maybe. Also "More about HGL and the Opportunity" includes mission statement; we could incorporate into About the role or maybe omit as it's generic? But it's substantive about company; but we might keep it under About the role to preserve. We must not include application instructions (like "If your desired salary falls outside..." that's not instruction but maybe we keep as part of Pay? It's about salary range; we can keep. We must not include navigation, legal, EEO, etc. So remove the EEO paragraph, the "We are an Equal Opportunity employer..." and the accommodation contact, EEO notices, etc. Also remove "A full list of benefits is available at www.hgl.com/careers/." (since we aren't making Benefits section). Might still mention benefits? Not needed. Now construct HTML. Structure:

    About the role

    ... (position description)

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and analyze large environmental datasets.
    • Prepare tables, figures, and other data exhibits.
    • Author risk assessments, risk assessment work plans, and other technical deliverables.
    • Review and interpret environmental and toxicological studies and reports.
    • Support remedial strategy design, including development of risk-based cleanup levels.
    • Conduct statistical analyses, including statistical comparisons of background data to site data.
    • Serve as the project risk assessor in project meetings and technical discussions with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
    • Lead and provide technical direction to junior-level staff.

    Requirements

... combine Minimum Requirements, Physical & Cognitive Requirements, Work Environment Requirements.

We need to preserve all details: Bachelor’s degree..., at least 6 years..., Experience implementing EPA’s Risk Assessment Guidance..., Working knowledge..., Ability to present technical information..., Ability to succeed in fast-paced..., Demonstrated ability to learn..., Physical & Cognitive Requirements: prolonged sitting..., viewing computer screen..., analyzing..., managing competing deadlines..., Work Environment Requirements: Office work environment..., This description is not a comprehensive listing..., etc. We should keep them as paragraphs or maybe bullet list? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For requirements, we could list each as
    • . But the Minimum Requirements are a list of items separated by semicolons? Actually they are sentences separated by periods. Could treat each as list item. But we also have physical & environmental requirements separate. Might be okay to make a
for requirements. But we need to decide: The instruction says use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have a list of requirements, we should use
          • . So we can break Minimum Requirements into separate list items. Similarly, Physical & Cognitive Requirements could be list items. Work Environment Requirements maybe a paragraph. We'll do:

            Requirements

            • Bachelor’s degree in toxicology, environmental science, public health, engineering, or a related health or environmental science discipline.
            • At least 6 years of work experience in an environmental consulting or regulatory environment on DoD or EPA projects, with a focus on site investigation and human health or ecological risk assessment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
            • Experience implementing EPA’s Risk Assessment Guidance for Superfund and/or EPA’s Ecological Risk Assessment Guidance for Superfund.
            • Working knowledge of relevant federal regulations, especially CERCLA and RCRA, and the ability to integrate federal requirements with varying state regulations.
            • Ability to present technical information effectively to scientific, regulatory, and public audiences.
            • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, manage multiple project assignments, meet strict deadlines, travel to client facilities as needed, and work independently as a self-starter.
            • Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new technologies and digital tools to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.
            • Physical & Cognitive Requirements: Prolonged sitting up to 70% of the time; viewing computer screen for extended periods; analyzing and synthesizing data; managing competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
            • Work Environment Requirements: Office work environment. This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice.
But note that the last two items are not exactly requirements but we included. Now Qualifications (Desired Qualifications):

            Qualifications

            • Advanced degree (MS, MPH, or PhD) in toxicology, environmental science, public health, engineering, or a related health or environmental science discipline.
            • Experience completing statistical comparisons of site data to background data and geochemical evaluations to distinguish site-related contaminants from background constituents.
            • Experience in technical areas beyond risk assessment—such as contaminant fate and transport, analytical chemistry, characterization of the nature and extent of contamination, or development of remediation strategies—to support integration across project teams.
            • Experience designing and leading baseline ecological risk assessments that include collection of site-specific data, such as biota tissue, toxicity testing, bioaccumulation studies, or habitat and/or species surveys.
            • Experience in blood lead modeling to support human health risk assessments.
            • Familiarity with environmental databases, primarily LOCUS, and statistical software.
            • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve technical writing, data analysis, research, visualization, or project delivery efficiency.
Now Skills: we could extract skills from requirements like ability to present technical information, ability to succeed fast-paced, etc. But those are already in Requirements. Could we create a Skills section with those? Might duplicate. Better to omit Skills section if no distinct skills list beyond what's already covered. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can omit Skills. Pay:

            Pay

The annual salary for this position ranges from $83,895.00 - $125,843.00. This position's final salary can be impacted by various factors including, but not limited to, contractual requirements, geographic location, job-related education, training, experience, and skills. If your desired salary falls outside of this range, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.

            Schedule:

            Schedule

Work Schedule: HGL office work is dictated by a 5-day work week; however, fieldwork schedules will deviate based on job requirements and may require longer hours and weekends. Office Type: Hybrid (3 days in office). Travel: Minimal but as needed to client facilities; percentage varies by project assignment.

We might also include location info? Not required as heading; could be part of About the role paragraph. Now About the role paragraph: combine Description/Job Summary and maybe more about HGL mission. We need to preserve all substantive information: The description includes: "HGL is seeking a Risk Assessor II to support environmental projects, including hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste; PFAS; mining; and military munitions response program projects nationwide. The Risk Assessor II will prepare human health risk assessments and/or ecological risk assessments in accordance with CERCLA, RCRA, and applicable state guidance, with support from HGL’s risk assessment team, including senior- and principal-level staff. The ideal candidate can lead both human health and ecological risk assessments; candidates with strong experience in either discipline will also be considered. This role is well suited for a self-directed individual
