We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Description/Job Summary, Responsibilities/Duties, Minimum Requirements, Desired Qualifications, Physical & Environmental Requirements, Work Environment Requirements, Details (Work Schedule, Office Type, Travel, etc.), More about HGL (maybe not needed), HGL - WE INVEST IN YOU (benefits? career growth), Salary range. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to map content. - About the role: could be the Description/Job Summary (position description). Use

About the role

then

with that summary. - Responsibilities: from Responsibilities/Duties bullet list. Use

  • . - Requirements: Minimum Requirements (maybe combine with Desired Qualifications? But we have separate sections: Requirements and Qualifications. Use Requirements for minimum, Qualifications for desired. - Skills: maybe not explicit; but we could include skills from Minimum Requirements (ability to present technical info, etc.) but we might not need a Skills section if not distinct. However we could put some under Requirements. - Benefits: The posting mentions "A full list of benefits is available at www.hgl.com/careers/." No specific benefits listed. Also mentions career growth opportunities via mentoring, training, education, support for certifications and licenses. That could be considered benefits. But we need specific content; we have "HGL provides career growth opportunities via mentoring, training, education, and support for your certifications and licenses." That's a benefit. Also "We offer a work environment that is flexible, inclusive, and dedicated to creating a sustainable future." That's more about work environment. Could be Benefits. - Pay: Salary range given: $83,895.00 - $125,843.00. So we can have Pay section. - Schedule: Work Schedule details: "HGL office work is dictated by a 5-day work week; however, fieldwork schedules will deviate based on job requirements and may require longer hours and weekends. Office Type: Hybrid (3 days in office) Travel: Minimal but as needed to client facilities; percentage varies by project assignment." So we can have Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also not include navigation, cookie, etc. Also not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content precisely. Description/Job Summary: "POSITION DESCRIPTION HGL is seeking a Risk Assessor II to support environmental projects, including hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste; PFAS; mining; and military munitions response program projects nationwide. The Risk Assessor II will prepare human health risk assessments and/or ecological risk assessments in accordance with CERCLA, RCRA, and applicable state guidance, with support from HGL’s risk assessment team, including senior- and principal-level staff. The ideal candidate can lead both human health and ecological risk assessments; candidates with strong experience in either discipline will also be considered. This role is well suited for a self-directed individual who enjoys integrating complex environmental data, technical analysis, and regulatory requirements to support sound project and remedial decisions. HGL is seeking to fill one hybrid position based out of one of the following HGL office locations: Phoenix, AZ; Merritt Island, FL; Overland Park, KS; Billings, MT; or Ballston Lake, NY." We need to preserve that. Responsibilities/Duties bullet list: - Manage and analyze large environmental datasets. - Prepare tables, figures, and other data exhibits. - Author risk assessments, risk assessment work plans, and other technical deliverables. - Review and interpret environmental and toxicological studies and reports. - Support remedial strategy design, including development of risk-based cleanup levels. - Conduct statistical analyses, including statistical comparisons of background data to site data. - Serve as the project risk assessor in project meetings and technical discussions with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders. - Lead and provide technical direction to junior-level staff. Minimum Requirements bullet list: - Bachelor’s degree in toxicology, environmental science, public health, engineering, or a related health or environmental science discipline. - At least 6 years of work experience in an environmental consulting or regulatory environment on DoD or EPA projects, with a focus on site investigation and human health or ecological risk assessment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience implementing EPA’s Risk Assessment Guidance for Superfund and/or EPA’s Ecological Risk Assessment Guidance for Superfund. - Working knowledge of relevant federal regulations, especially CERCLA and RCRA, and the ability to integrate federal requirements with varying state regulations. - Ability to present technical information effectively to scientific, regulatory, and public audiences. - Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, manage multiple project assignments, meet strict deadlines, travel to client facilities as needed, and work independently as a self-starter. - Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new technologies and digital tools to improve project delivery and operational efficiency. Desired Qualifications bullet list: - Advanced degree (MS, MPH, or PhD) in toxicology, environmental science, public health, engineering, or a related health or environmental science discipline. - Experience completing statistical comparisons of site data to background data and geochemical evaluations to distinguish site-related contaminants from background constituents. - Experience in technical areas beyond risk assessment—such as contaminant fate and transport, analytical chemistry, characterization of the nature and extent of contamination, or development of remediation strategies—to support integration across project teams. - Experience designing and leading baseline ecological risk assessments that include collection of site-specific data, such as biota tissue, toxicity testing, bioaccumulation studies, or habitat and/or species surveys. - Experience in blood lead modeling to support human health risk assessments. - Familiarity with environmental databases, primarily LOCUS, and statistical software. - Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve technical writing, data analysis, research, visualization, or project delivery efficiency. Physical & Environmental Requirements: - Prolonged sitting up to 70% of the time. - Viewing computer screen for extended periods. - Analyzing and synthesizing data. - Managing competing deadlines and shifting priorities. Work Environment Requirements: - Office work environment. This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice. Details: - Work Schedule: HGL office work is dictated by a 5-day work week; however, fieldwork schedules will deviate based on job requirements and may require longer hours and weekends. - Office Type: Hybrid (3 days in office) - Travel: Minimal but as needed to client facilities; percentage varies by project assignment. - A favorable pre-hire drug test is required. - All positions are subject to a pre-hire education and driving record verification. More about HGL and the opportunity: paragraphs about mission, etc. Might be considered boilerplate? It's descriptive of company; maybe we can include as "About the company" but not required. The instruction says to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "MORE ABOUT HGL AND THE OPPORTUNITY" is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered company description; but we might keep it as part of About the role? However we already have About the role section; we could incorporate that into About the role or maybe a separate section like "About HGL". But the instruction says to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge that into About the role or maybe omit if it's fluff. But it's substantive about mission and values; maybe we keep as part of About the role. HGL - WE INVEST IN YOU: career growth opportunities via mentoring, training, education, support for certifications and licenses. Also "We are an Equal Opportunity employer." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove EEO lines. Also "All applicants will receive consideration..." that's EEO; remove. Also "Some positions may require U.S. citizenship." That's maybe not EEO but could be considered a requirement; but it's generic; we might keep? It's not about the role specifically; it's a condition. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's a condition of employment. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not EEO but maybe still boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also "Digital & AI Proficiency: ..." that's a note about AI usage; could be considered part of Desired Qualifications (they already have experience using generative AI tools). Might be redundant. Salary range: "The annual salary for this position ranges from $83,895.00 - $125,843.00. This position's final salary can be impacted by various factors including, but not limited to, contractual requirements, geographic location, job-related education, training, experience, and skills. If your desired salary falls outside of this range, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align." We need to include Pay section with that info. Now, we must not repeat job title as heading. So no

    Risk Assessor II

    . We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include. We have: - About the role: from Description/Job Summary + maybe company mission? We'll include the position description paragraph. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: Minimum Requirements. - Qualifications: Desired Qualifications. - Skills: Could we extract skills from Minimum Requirements like ability to present technical information, ability to succeed in fast-paced environment, etc. But those are already in Requirements. Might be redundant. Could skip Skills section if not distinct. - Benefits: We have career growth opportunities, flexible inclusive work environment, maybe also mention "HGL provides career growth opportunities via mentoring, training, education, and support for your certifications and licenses." Also "We offer a work environment that is flexible, inclusive, and dedicated to creating a sustainable future." Also maybe "Digital & AI Proficiency: HGL encourages the responsible use of approved AI-enabled and digital technologies..." but that's more about qualifications. We'll include benefits as those. - Pay: Salary range. - Schedule: Work Schedule, Office Type, Travel, pre-hire drug test, education and driving record verification. We must not include boilerplate like "This description is not a comprehensive listing..." that's in Work Environment Requirements; we can keep that as part of Work Environment Requirements but we don't have a separate section for that; we could include it under Schedule or maybe under About the role? Actually it's under Work Environment Requirements; we could treat that as part of Schedule? Not exactly. Maybe we can include a section "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes only those specific ones; we should not create other headings. So we need to fit that content into one of the allowed sections. The Work Environment Requirements sentence: "Office work environment. This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice." This is generic; maybe we can omit as boilerplate? It's somewhat boilerplate but it's about work environment. Could be considered part of Schedule? Not really. Could be part of About the role? Might be okay to omit as it's generic. The instruction says remove duplicated lines and boilerplate; this
