Rice and Beans Cook - Carrier

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and season rice and beans according to our recipes and standards
• Ensure all food is presented and served in an appealing manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Aid in the management of food inventory and stock levels
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to optimize production and ensure timely service

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cooking or food preparation role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
