Dartmouth Health seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team as an Advanced Practice Provider delivering rheumatology care at Dartmouth‑Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The Section of Rheumatology is an interprofessional academic group that provides holistic, patient‑centered, relationship‑based care while shaping the future of the healthcare workforce, with a long history of clinical and research excellence and fellowship training at Dartmouth‑Hitchcock Clinic and the White River Junction VA Hospital in Vermont. The position includes a faculty appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth at a rank commensurate with experience. Responsibilities
- Provide rheumatology care to patients in an outpatient academic setting.
- Deliver holistic, patient‑centered, relationship‑based care as part of an interprofessional team.
- Contribute to the section’s clinical and research excellence and educational mission.
- Participate in fellowship training activities and academic initiatives at Dartmouth‑Hitchcock and the White River Junction VA Hospital.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
- NCCPA certification or board certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
- Eligible for APRN or PA‑C licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
- Eligible for Federal DEA registration.
