Advanced Practice Provider-Family Medicine-South Jordan

About the role
This full-time position is located at the South Jordan Clinic. Competitive compensation and incentives are offered, including up to a $7,500 relocation bonus (if applicable). Clinic Hours: Tuesday 8 am–5:30 pm (West Jordan), Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (South Jordan).
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a family medicine setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Other certifications as required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution (degree verification required).

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $57.33 - $88.47, dependent upon experience.
Schedule
Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
