Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

About the role

Join a well-established, high-volume Family Medicine practice in Dallastown, Pennsylvania, providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) position with a collaborative, patient-focused care team. Monday through Friday schedule with one evening per week and a 1:10 weekend call rotation, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care, including patient histories, physical examinations, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Provide preventive health services, including annual wellness visits, immunizations, health screenings, and patient education.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families while promoting health, wellness, and disease prevention.
• Work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Pay

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule
