About the role

As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Radiation Oncology, you will deliver specialized care and manage the health needs of patients in inpatient, ambulatory, or combined settings. With advanced training and expertise, you will focus on subspecialized care—including chronic illness and disease management—ensuring continuity across the patient’s healthcare journey, which may span multiple years. This role involves organ-system specialization, expert consultation within your area of expertise, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes across the continuum of care.

Department Summary

We provide multidisciplinary, state-of-the-art radiation therapy using techniques such as stereotactic radiosurgery, intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), 3D treatment planning, brachytherapy, and intraoperative radiation therapy at five convenient locations. Our mission includes improving treatment outcomes for all diseases treated with radiation, discovering new medical uses of radiation, and educating graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, residents, and medical physics trainees. We deliver advanced anti-cancer therapy through new technology and continuous review of patient outcomes, advancing care through basic science research, industry collaboration, medical physics innovation, and clinical trials.
