Responsibilities

• Write and coordinate RFP responses for clients and prospects regarding NRC Health suite of products.
• Provide leadership and coordination of the response to specific bids with a diverse group of staff from multiple functional areas including executive and senior management, growth, operations, marketing, security, finance and others throughout the proposal process.
• Responsible for all aspects of the RFP process including assisting sales associates with client‑facing communications, creating enterprise‑level proposal documents, and final submission to clients.
• Proposals follow client guidelines and may be presented in multiple formats including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, and submitted via email, printed and shipped, or through customer proposal systems.
• Oversee management of the RFP Knowledgebase and resources, including compiling existing language from the knowledgebase (Responsive), creating new language as needed in coordination with product and marketing teams, and maintaining standard templates for proposals.
• Ensure responses are regularly reviewed for accuracy by subject matter experts, set up internal collaborators to assist in contributing to responses, and tag and categorize responses to assist in responding to future RFPs more efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of experience writing technical proposals
• Healthcare industry and experience with software solutions preferred
• Experience with Responsive.io response management software is a plus
• Enjoy owning and driving the RFP process, start to finish
• Possess strong organizational, prioritization, and writing skills; ability to meet deadlines; attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through
• Highly skilled in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Self‑driven project manager able to coordinate and manage multiple projects at once and drive outside contributors to meet deadlines
• Thrive in a collaborative work environment

Pay

Base salary range: $80,000 – $108,000 (exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses). Some roles offer performance‑based variable compensation; eligibility and payouts vary by role and are tied to performance metrics.
