RFP Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Build an expert understanding of online questionnaire submission platforms, utilizing efficiencies across portal entries (looking at AI, APIs, automation, etc.)
- Maintain strong relationships with online platform providers
- Research, initiate and implement innovative ideas and creative approaches to help increase the efficiency and further the goals of the submission process of Requests for Proposals ("RFPs") and Due Diligence Questionnaires ("DDQs") through online portals
- Project manage the coordination and completion of RFPs and DDQs with a main focus on those originating from online portals
- Ensure deadlines are met with consistent and accurate messaging across all questionnaires
- Collaborate directly with various investment professionals and other senior employees (e.g., in ESG, legal, compliance, operations, finance, risk, client service, technology, etc.) to help craft accurate responses to standard and customized questions
- Build an in-depth understanding of the firm's product offerings and investment capabilities and use financial acumen as it relates to RFP materials
- Master the RFP process while seeking to improve the efficiency and quality of RFP submissions
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (finance, economics or business preferred)
- Up to 2 years’ experience in an RFP role, an asset management or financial firm preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to self-manage time in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Process oriented with exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Clearly and succinctly communicate verbally and in writing in a variety of settings and styles, especially to senior members of the firm; with the ability to articulate clear responses
- Self-starter with proven initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
