About the role
The Senior RFP Analyst plays a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality request for proposal (RFP) and due diligence questionnaire (DDQ) responses. This position requires a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who can manage complex projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of complex RFPs and DDQs, including drafting responses, coordinating with subject matter experts, maintaining version control, and ensuring timely delivery
- Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively manage follow-ups, and communicate priorities clearly to stakeholders
- Produce high-quality, client-aligned content with increasing independence and strategic nuance
- Maintain and enhance content libraries to ensure accuracy and alignment with product and strategy updates
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and partner with colleagues on workflow, technology, or automation enhancements
- Support cross-team initiatives such as content reviews, audits, and template updates
- Provide informal mentoring to junior colleagues, reinforcing quality standards and expectations
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through dependable, organized, and responsive support
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience supporting RFPs, DDQs, client reporting, proposal management, or related work within investment management, financial services, or a comparable industry
- Familiarity with proposal management or RFP platforms such as Loopio, eVestment, or similar tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, or process optimization initiatives is a plus
