Senior FP&A Analyst

About the Opportunity

Shift: Day Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Standard business (EST) Setting: Remote

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly corporate FP&A close activities and ensure reporting accuracy
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, executive presentations, and leadership materials
• Analyze actuals, budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results to explain variances and trends
• Support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes across corporate functions
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and other business teams to maintain reporting quality and improve planning workflows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial planning, or corporate finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, budgeting and forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience supporting month-end close activities
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Experience with Oracle EPM
• Experience creating and refreshing executive-level PowerPoint presentations
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Desired Skills

• MBA, CPA, or related advanced credential
• Experience with JD Edwards, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar financial planning and reporting tools
• Background in CPG, manufacturing, consumer products, or other large corporate environments
• Experience supporting public-company reporting or complex corporate environments
• Experience improving or automating FP&A processes
