RFP Analyst, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the process of compiling written responses for assigned items using proposal content in NISA’s RFP software (Loopio)
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gather, validate and consolidate information within stated timelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion in a deadline-driven environment
• Compile and analyze data using proprietary Excel workbooks
• Maintain and update standard proposal content in Loopio to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify and support process improvements that enhance efficiency and content quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in finance, economics, communications, or a related field is a plus
• Relevant experience in RFPs, investment communications, or financial services preferred
• Strong project management skills and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple requests to completion in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel (including formulas) preferred
• Experience with RFP content software (e.g., RocketDocs, Loopio, Qvidian) is a plus
