Responsibilities

• Provide design, development, integration, and testing of operational prototype RF system solutions.
• Perform hands‑on “design‑bench‑deploy” RF design for lower‑power RF systems, power amplifiers, cellular and WiFi technology, antennas, RF test equipment, and RF propagation using modeling and simulation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or similar technical major from an accredited college or university.
• Eight (8) years of experience as an RF engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Skills

• Experience designing lower‑power RF systems, power amplifiers, cellular and WiFi technology, antennas, RF propagation, and RF test equipment.
• Experience selecting, developing, and using analysis tools.
• Planning and executing performance analysis.
• Integrating and testing RF systems.
• Developing RF system engineering documentation (System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with team and clients.
• Team‑based collaborative abilities.
• Resourceful problem solving and troubleshooting.
