RF Engineering Associate Manager - TS/SCI clearance

About the role

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an RF Engineering Manager to join our team in Littleton, CO! In this role you will drive technical, cost and schedule execution as a Radio Frequency Associate Manager in the Space Protection Program area. You will work hand in hand with senior program and customer leadership teams to deliver mission critical RF hardware and capabilities. This position will also be responsible for the daily management of a team of RF Engineers and the delivery of space flight hardware. Responsibilities

• Drive technical, cost and schedule execution as a Radio Frequency Associate Manager
• Work hand in hand with senior program and customer leadership teams to deliver mission critical RF hardware and capabilities
• Manage a team of RF Engineers on a daily basis
• Oversee the delivery of space flight hardware

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RF fundamentals: S-Parameters, antenna theory, propagation and/or microwave circuit design
• Technical experience in RF design for space applications to include antennas, software defined radios and/or ground equipment
• Experience translating technical concepts for stakeholders and presenting findings to senior customer and/or program leadership

Desired Skills

• Control Account Management (CAM) experience
• Familiarity with Earned Value Metrics to manage program cost
• Experience managing program schedules with Microsoft Project
• Experience in team leadership to include assessing/growing talent, mentorship and training
• Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance

Security Clearance

To meet requirements of the program/customer, this position requires the selected employee to be a U.S. Citizen. Prior to starting employment, selected candidates will be required to possess TS/SCI clearance. For this position, applicants must possess a currently Active TS/SCI security clearance to be considered. Selected candidates will be required to obtain, and maintain, a TS/SCI w/poly for long term employment on this program.
