Around the Role
The Quellenhof Luxury Resort Passeier is seeking a Receptionist to join their team immediately or upon mutual agreement.
Responsibilities
- Engage guests authentically and naturally, making them feel welcome
- Welcoming and friendly, perform check-ins and check-outs
- Inform guests about activities available on-site and explain and promote service offerings at the resort
- Make reservations for guests who wish to participate in on-site activities or utilize resort services
- Handle guest complaints and find efficient and satisfactory solutions
- Be attentive to guests' wishes and needs, and provide service with warmth, authenticity, and charm
- Open-mindedness, flexibility, and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in German, Italian, and English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to efficiently solve problems of all kinds
