Review Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading eDiscovery service provider, is seeking a fully remote Review Manager to oversee review projects and optimize workflows using advanced technology, including Relativity and its aiR capabilities. This position is open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Leads the execution of Managed Review projects with a strong focus on RelOne tools and best practices.
• Oversees multiple document review matters, coordinating closely with Review Consulting and Managed Review teams to streamline delivery across platforms.
• Collaborates with Team Leads to optimize workflows, especially around advanced Relativity features like aiR and analytics.
• Assesses project staffing needs and partners with the support team to align resources and review schedules.
• Works cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client solutions are tech-enabled, defensible, and grounded in best practices.
• Brings expert-level familiarity with RelativityOne and its integrated tools including analytics, aiR, and advanced workspace configurations.
• Partners with the EDS and Consulting teams to design and implement TAR workflows tailored to RelOne environments.
• Implements structured processes and layered QC checkpoints to reduce risk and improve review accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinates review production using RelOne functionality and supports customized workflows for specific client needs.
• Advises on review protocol in partnership with counsel, leveraging platform capabilities to enhance consistency and throughput.
• Maintains high standards of service delivery and fosters strong client relationships.
• Champions innovation, team collaboration, and continuous improvement across workflows and processes.
• Able to travel occasionally to support project or client needs if required.

Requirements

• JD and active bar membership in good standing.
• Extensive experience in Managed Review, with significant hands-on expertise in RelOne.
• Strong understanding of RelativityOne's features including aiR, analytics, structured review workflows, and production tools.
• Vendor-side experience is strongly preferred.
• Client-focused mindset with ability to drive platform-specific strategies.
• Effective in team environments and comfortable operating independently when needed.
• Clear communicator across all levels of the review process.
• Highly skilled in modern review technologies and adaptive to new tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Quick learner with a passion for technology and continuous process enhancement.

Pay

Expected salary for this role is up to $130,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
