Reverse Software Engineer, Level 2 (AE26081442)

Location: Hanover, MD. All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.

About the role

Mastery of Python, C, or C++ with experience in multi-platform (Windows/UNIX) architecture and advanced skill in managing automated CI/CD environments using Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, and Bamboo, delivering under tight resource constraints.

Requirements

• Minimum 14 years of experience in high-complexity software contracts and programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
• Mastery of Python, C, or C++ with experience in multi-platform (Windows/UNIX) architecture.
• Demonstrated experience leading software teams and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex mission requirements into scalable software designs and technical roadmaps.
• Expertise in handling massive datasets and optimizing performance for high-stakes environments.
• Lead the creation of global test plans and oversee the execution of rigorous QA procedures.
• Manage automated CI/CD environments using Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, and Bamboo.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
• Front End development experience.
• Superior problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering under tight resource constraints.
