Responsibilities
- Analyze reverse logistics processes to identify efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop solutions for product returns
- Utilize WMS data to generate comprehensive reports and analysis
- Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders regarding logistics processes
- Implement best practices for inventory management and repair processes
- Monitor and evaluate reverse logistics KPIs to ensure performance targets are met
- Support ongoing training and development of team members on reverse logistics practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Proven proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
- 3+ years of experience in reverse logistics or supply chain analysis
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- Understanding of global supply chain operations
- Experience in the e-commerce sector
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management
