Senior WMS E-commerce Business Analyst - Chinese Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes related to WMS and e-commerce operations
• Collaborate with IT and warehouse teams to implement system enhancements
• Develop detailed functional specifications for system modifications
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Support the training of staff on new WMS functionalities and best practices
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to drive alignment on project goals
• Identify trends and patterns in data that can help optimize inventory management and logistics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and report creation
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and logistics
• Bilingual (Chinese English) preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in a WMS or e-commerce environment

Preferred Requirements

• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
• Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management
• Experience with system integrations and process automation
• Bilingual (Chinese English) preferred
