Senior Ecommerce Manager (Mandarin speaking)

About the role

The Senior eCommerce Manager leads all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies. They nurture a portfolio of 4-6 partner brands, lead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies, run daily marketplace operations, serve as the marketplace expert, evaluate the competitive landscape, and develop strategies to maximize business growth.

Responsibilities

• Nurture of a portfolio of 4-6 partner brands
• Lead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies
• Run daily marketplace operations
• Serve as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers
• Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize business growth
• Lead all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partners
• Deliver the highest levels of operational execution
• Partner with Operations team to ensure optimal in-stock and inventory position
• Partner with Advertising team to develop brand-specific advertising strategies

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related program
• Experience leading .com or marketplace commercial efforts (D2C, Amazon, Walmart.com , etc.)
• Outstanding analytical and data management skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• High ethical standards

Schedule

This is a full time role that works a hybrid schedule (60% in office each week) based in Lehi, Utah.
