About the role

The Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with merchants on the Platform Services Marketplace Fulfillment platform. This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow merchant relationships through regular communication and support
  • Provide guidance and training to merchants on best practices for selling on the platform
  • Identify and address merchant needs and concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service
  • Monitor and report on merchant performance metrics

Requirements

  • Native Mandarin speaking ability
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
