About the role
The Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with merchants on the Platform Services Marketplace Fulfillment platform. This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow merchant relationships through regular communication and support
- Provide guidance and training to merchants on best practices for selling on the platform
- Identify and address merchant needs and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service
- Monitor and report on merchant performance metrics
Requirements
- Native Mandarin speaking ability
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
