Responsibilities
- Provide second level support for work queues and denials (may approve/deny)
- Quality review of data
- Reviews work flow management to improve department efficiencies
- Serve as a resource by being a first level of support to staff, resolving concerns/issues, and training new hires
- Generates reports and audit activities and vendor payor activities
- Identify trends and investigate discrepancies, providing resolution when needed
- Participate in projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years of healthcare, revenue services, patient access, or related experience
- PREFERRED: Experience collecting past due payments
