Serving high-volume captive auto lenders, banks, credit unions, and finance companies across North America, it leverages more than 30 years of industry experience to help lenders reduce time-to-market, streamline operations, and customize lending processes with scalable technology.About the OpportunityThe Revenue Planning & Intelligence role supports strategic business planning by combining data analytics, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis. This position owns and improves revenue forecasting models, strengthens leadership visibility into financial performance, and serves as a key liaison between Delivery and Finance. The role ensures revenue data is accurate, consistent, and audit-ready while translating business and operational data into actionable insights for leadership.Responsibilities• Own and continuously improve the revenue forecasting model by incorporating business performance and market trends.• Serve as the primary liaison between Delivery and Finance for professional services revenue data.• Monitor monthly revenue pacing and identify potential issues before period close.• Support monthly revenue reconciliation by analyzing and synthesizing timesheet, contract, billing, and project data.• Advance profitability planning through margin analysis, reporting, and performance insights.• Manage and maintain project and billing data in ServiceNow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.• Track alignment between service work and product relationships and benchmark performance against relevant industry standards.• Support governance and tracking of capitalizable work in collaboration with project teams.• Build strong relationships with client and delivery stakeholders to improve forecasting and business planning.• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and other cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.• Develop and maintain reporting that improves visibility into revenue, margins, project performance, and business trends.• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency through automation and analytics.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.• 5–8 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, revenue operations, financial planning and analysis, or a related field, preferably within technology or professional services.• Advanced Excel skills with experience using BI and reporting tools such as Power BI.• Strong understanding of revenue, margin, and profitability concepts.• Experience building, maintaining, and analyzing revenue forecasts in subscription, project-based, or services-based businesses.• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar project portfolio management (PPM) or IT service management (ITSM) platforms.• Familiarity with project and portfolio management processes and technology delivery lifecycles, including waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.• Understanding of revenue accounting treatment and software capitalization within technology or professional services environments.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Ability to work effectively with Finance, Delivery, Sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications• Experience working with CRM data, such as Salesforce.• SaaS or technology-services industry experience.• Familiarity with AI tools for reporting, analytics, and revenue forecasting or willingness to learn.Pay Range and Compensation Package• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
