About the Role

This Revenue Intelligence Analyst role is central to transforming how the sales organization uses data to drive growth and efficiency. The position is responsible for delivering key insights and performance metrics that inform leadership decisions, enhance sales strategies, and enable data-driven management of go-to-market operations. The role supports organizational scalability and operational excellence by developing analytical tools and reports that guide strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a KPI Executive Scorecard dashboard that provides leadership with a global view of business health.
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc sales performance reporting and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze strategic KPIs impacting go-to-market efficiency, including churn, LTV:CAC, and pipeline coverage.
  • Collaborate with senior business strategy leadership to produce monthly GTM insights newsletters for executives.
  • Partner with go-to-market leaders to align reporting tools with business objectives.
  • Continuously improve dashboards based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
  • Build reusable components, automate processes, and document best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in analytics roles within technology companies.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with preference for experience in Snowflake.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM analytics or similar dashboarding tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud data structures and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for data analysis with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in sales operations is advantageous.

Pay

United States $120,000—$166,000 USD.
