About the role
The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and commission processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in revenue recognition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust commission policies and procedures
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on commission structures and calculations
- Manage commission reporting and analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding revenue recognition and commissions
- Oversee the implementation of new commission systems and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, commission management, or a similar role
- Experience with commission software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage complex financial processes and ensure accuracy
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and legal
- Knowledge of revenue recognition standards and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
