About the role

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and commission processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust commission policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on commission structures and calculations
  • Manage commission reporting and analytics to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding revenue recognition and commissions
  • Oversee the implementation of new commission systems and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, commission management, or a similar role
  • Experience with commission software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage complex financial processes and ensure accuracy
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and legal
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition standards and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
