About the role

We're hiring an analyst and builder for our Revenue Operations team to be a force multiplier for our go-to-market organization. The role has three modes: driving the analytical core, building net-new systems, and making Revenue Operations more leveraged with AI.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the analytical core: forecasting, executive reporting, revenue planning, QBR-grade analyses over large datasets, quota and target analytics, and the models that support forecasting and planning.
    • Present your own work directly to leadership and translate complex business questions into actionable insights.
  • Build net-new systems: internal tools, data models, and reporting infrastructure that teammates then run and scale.
    • Planning models, dashboards, and operational workflows that make the business more efficient over time.
  • Make Revenue Operations more leveraged with AI, whether that's building AI-assisted tooling, designing account scoring and research logic in our go-to-market stack, or automating work that shouldn't be manual.
    • Constantly look for more opportunities to increase leverage across the organization.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Analytics, or Business Operations, or a highly analytical operating role.
  • SQL fluency and comfort handling large, intricate datasets – you think in joins, grain, and systems of record.
  • A systems mindset: you anticipate edge cases, understand downstream impacts, and design scalable solutions that won’t need to be rebuilt every quarter.
  • Fluency with modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, problem-solving, and development – you're comfortable working with agentic AI workflows, critically evaluating outputs, and choosing the right solution for the problem.
  • Executive-ready communication skills – you can confidently present your own analysis to senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, revenue planning, quota planning, executive reporting, or other core Revenue Operations planning processes.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce data — reports, objects, and the data structures underneath them.
  • Experience building reporting and dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau.

Qualifications

  • Nice to have: Python or other GTM tooling, such as Clay.
