The Revenue Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent CRM records, reports, lists, and related datasets. They will monitor and manage day-to-day Revenue Operations requests from go-to-market stakeholders, triaging incoming requests, prioritizing them effectively, and ensuring stakeholders receive timely and reliable support.
Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market data quality by maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent CRM records, reports, lists, and related datasets.
- Maintain day-to-day Revenue Operations workflows, including responding to stakeholder requests, troubleshooting questions, and resolving issues related to systems, workflows, and processes.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements, automations, and workflow optimizations.
- Analyze inbound request volumes, operational metrics, and performance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with inside sales, outside sales, marketing, and other business teams on strategic operational projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of documentation, process guides, and training materials covering Revenue Operations tools and best practices.
- Help establish scalable processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of the go-to-market organization.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements across systems, data management, reporting, and operational workflows.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a closely related function.
- Demonstrated ability to work across data, systems, and people to solve operational challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot or comparable systems.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to troubleshoot systems and workflow issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and competing deadlines.
- Proactive, self-directed approach with the confidence to investigate problems and figure things out independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Interest in process automation, operational efficiency, and using technology to simplify repetitive or manual work.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities and processes may change as the organization grows.
