About The Role
The role bridges sales, finance, and product, owning the data, architecture, and processes that drive go-to-market execution. You will optimize the revenue engine, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility, clean attribution data, and efficient tooling across the stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the CRM data architecture, lifecycle stages, and routing logic within Salesforce
- Build and maintain attribution models, pipeline forecasting dashboards, and executive reporting in BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- Partner with sales leadership to design territories, quota allocations, and incentive compensation structures
- Evaluate, procure, and manage the revenue technology stack, including sales engagement and enrichment tools
- Audit data hygiene regularly and automate corrective workflows to maintain CRM data integrity
- Deliver ad-hoc exploratory analyses on win-loss rates, conversion bottlenecks, and customer lifetime value
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analysis within a technology environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration, CRM data modeling, and workflow automation
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets in modern data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational data into clear strategic recommendations for leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Salesforce Certified Administrator, experience with CPQ tools, or background in SaaS pricing models
