About the role
We are looking for a Revenue Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team as we help grow Businessolver’s business, support our sales process, and generate pipeline. Our team is looking for someone who is a born marketer, with a solid background in marketing coordination, demand generation, and sales support. The ideal candidate will know how to work collaboratively and quickly, while effectively managing priorities for our B2B sales efforts. This role is full-time and exempt.
To effectively deliver for the Revenue Marketing Manager and team, you will need to be a self-starter who can tackle the day-to-day of getting things done while also learning to think strategically and continuing to elevate the organization.
Responsibilities
- Bring ideas to the table and contribute to a culture of trying new things.
- Execute and organize pre-funnel campaigns, programs, and events.
- Drive and create ongoing engagement strategies for the pre-funnel space.
- Own the content delivery and strategy across multiple channels that resonate with channel partners or prospects to create brand awareness, engagement, and intent.
- Lead the development and implementation of targeted marketing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze and identify key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns, and business opportunities; maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape.
- Manage and execute key channel partner engagement programs and initiatives.
- Create content to nurture leads and create opportunities.
- Develop and execute data-driven lead nurture strategies across multiple channels.
- Forecast, measure, and report on campaigns and programs, including data/reporting to measure prospect, channel partner, and client efforts.
- Contribute to ongoing pipeline build efforts and enable client retention and advocacy.
- Hold others accountable for keeping projects on track and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand account portfolios, as well as prioritized and segmented accounts for optimal strategic execution.
- Schedule deadlines in advance based on project plans and deliverable timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3 years of marketing experience.
- Basic knowledge of key MarTech stack preferred—including Salesforce, Salesloft (or a similar platform), and HubSpot (or a similar platform).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with logistics and project management.
- Creative problem-solver who can execute with detail.
- Operates well under pressure and meets deadlines.
- Customer-service orientation.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills—ability to work effectively with different people within an organization (e.g., product, sales, executives, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable being a self-starter, working independently, and creating concrete plans with input from a variety of sources.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $54,000 to $80,000 per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
