Job Overview
The Revenue Growth Manager will support the Target & Department Specialty Sales teams by developing strategies and plans to meet revenue growth targets. Responsibilities include creating customer/channel topline plans, evaluating sources of growth, and managing budgets and forecasts. The position requires exceptional analytical skills and collaboration with Sales and Finance.
What you will do
- Creation of the customer/channel topline plan for beverages and appliances
- Assists with the development of 52 week price/package/promotional plan to achieve revenue and volume goals
- Evaluation of customer specific sources of growth
- Year Topline Management & Execution
- Develops and evolves customer revenue forecast (volume, price, trade)
- Manages budget and approves forecasts
- Evaluates Joint Business Plan (JBP) metrics with Customer (e.g. revenue, customer margin, share)
- Accountable for team performance management routines measuring KPIs and performance vs plan drivers
- Identifies and leverages customer specific insights to deliver optimized trade promotions
- Evaluates promotional effectiveness for customer activities (Return On Investment (ROI), Household (HH) penetration, Volume lift)
- Create detailed scenario models to understand risks, trade-offs, and financial impact of different tactics
- Provide a linkage from sales team to headquarter RGM team to ensure delivery of thought leadership & analytical acumen to account team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing or related field
- Prioritize experience in a “Fortune 500” company or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, Small Appliance or related industries
- Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective
- Systematic thinking and ability to lead complex processes
- Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint)
- 10%-20% travel required
Total Rewards
$96,800-$150,000 / year
