About the role
We are searching for a strong leader with heavy duty/truck experience to join our team as a Service Manager in West Palm/Riviera Beach, FL.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Monitor the entire service department’s performance
- Dispatching service work to technicians
- Control costs and set and obtain sales and profit objectives
- Address the concerns of customers and ensure efficient and effective service work
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least 5 years of Service Management experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
