About the Opportunity
The Revenue Cycle Training Educator is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills in the hospital-based physician billing area. This role plays a key part in improving organizational performance by ensuring staff are well-equipped with current knowledge and techniques, thereby supporting efficient revenue cycle operations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate classroom training and development programs.
- Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and develop training solutions.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and analyze results.
- Update curricula and explore new materials for program participants.
- Stay informed on current learning trends, instructional methods, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's or Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant job experience.
- Preferred knowledge of medical coding.
Pay
Salary range: $65,712.77 to $91,599.55 per year.
