Training Auditor and Educator

Job Summary

The Training Auditor & Educator is part of the Standards & Compliance team. They objectively review the documentation and delivery of multiple training formats, including but not limited to new employee orientation, seclusion and restraint, clinical oversight, staffings, and on-the-job training. Reviews should result in standardized documentation, data for senior leadership and quality improvement, and coaching for the trainer.

Skills/Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in training or coaching in a professional setting, required.
  • Preference for experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Clear 39-month motor vehicle record (MVR) required.
