About the Opportunity:The Revenue Cycle Training Educator is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills in the hospital-based physician billing area. This role plays a key part in improving organizational performance by ensuring staff are well-equipped with current knowledge and techniques, thereby supporting efficient revenue cycle operations. 3. Responsibilities:• Facilitate classroom training and development programs.• Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and develop training solutions.• Conduct post-training evaluations and analyze results.• Update curricula and explore new materials for program participants.• Stay informed on current learning trends, instructional methods, and emerging technologies. 4. Requirements:• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree OR 4 years of relevant job experience.• Preferred knowledge of medical coding. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $65,712.77 to $91,599.55 per year. 6.
