Responsibilities
- Covers and travels to Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, based on business needs.
- Supports day-to-day revenue cycle operations across assigned centers and CBOs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high quality performance.
- Executes short-term strategies to achieve team objectives.
- Provides ongoing mentorship to Business Office Managers and teammates.
- Addresses and supports daily operational issues; escalates unresolved & critical issues upward.
- Manages integration activities, including Patient Accounting System conversions.
- Participates in onboarding/training and metrics analysis with action planning.
- Attends monthly metric calls with Central Business Offices (CBO).
- Makes non-CBO metric reviews with escalation as needed.
- Reviews productivity and accuracy, develops improvement plans, and seeks support from leadership.
- Manages payer contract education and communication cadences related to revenue cycle initiatives/activities.
- Assists in business office operational assessments and attends Market meetings.
- Supports new field leadership onboarding and BOM mentoring.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years revenue cycle leadership experience, ASC expertise preferred.
- Ensures high levels of precision and quality across all tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates strong capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting commercial payer contracts, CMS guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications and relevant revenue cycle platforms.
- Proficient in using organization technology tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Planner, and Teams.
- Strong time management skills.
- Works independently with minimal supervision and takes initiative.
- Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time as project needs arise.
- Must live in either Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.
- Salary: USD $110,000.00/Yr.
