Responsibilities

  • Supports day-to-day revenue cycle operations across assigned centers and CBOs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high quality performance.
  • Executes short-term strategies to achieve team objectives.
  • Provides ongoing mentorship to center and CBO teammates.
  • Solves operational issues while appropriately escalating barriers.
  • Led and participates in integration activities.
  • Manages non-CBO exception reporting.
  • Monitors center-level KPIs to drive accountability and operational excellence.
  • Participates in planning sessions.
  • Analyzes metrics with action planning.
  • Monthly metric calls with Central Business Offices (CBO).
  • Non-CBO center metric reviews with escalation as needed.
  • Reviews productivity and accuracy, develops improvement plans, and seeks support from leadership.
  • Pays attention to payer contract education and management.
  • Communicates regularly with regional, market, or enterprise revenue cycle initiatives/activities.
  • Assesses Business Office operational status.
  • Supports new field leadership onboarding.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years revenue cycle leadership experience, ASC expertise preferred.
  • Ensures high levels of precision and quality across all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates strong capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting commercial payer contracts, CMS guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications and relevant revenue cycle platforms.
  • Must be proficient using organization technology tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Planner, and Teams.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision, and proactively takes initiative.
  • Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time as project needs arise.

Pay

USD $106,800.00/Yr. USD $110,000.00/Yr.
