Revenue Cycle Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage processes related to Denticon conversions, ensuring that all converted offices have successfully adopted the platform.
• Pre Conversion training
• Post Conversion Support
• Support ticket issues
• Affiliate with the development of RCM solutions regarding expanded platform tools including but not limited to: Automated Eligibility, Fee Schedule and Plan Building Management, ERA Auto Posting
• Add to vendor relationships as required
• Additional projects or initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent; healthcare administration, finance or related field is a plus.
• 5+ years in dental RCM, preferably in a multi-location environment, 2+ years of people management
• Previous experience in project management a plus
• Proficiency in various practice management software-Denticon, as well as Excel and other Microsoft Suite
• Must be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
