Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic execution of VAS programs rooted in semiconductor supply chain and operational capabilities, actively managing priorities, milestones, risks, and interdependencies in support of business objectives
- Act as a GOQ liaison to Business Units, translating manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain realities into customer- and business-facing service strategies
- Drive integration of new product, customer, and business unit requirements into VAS operating models, execution frameworks, and supply chain-enabled offerings
- Identify and advance opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and commercial impact across the VAS portfolio through process maturity, governance, and tool development
- Partner across GOQ, Business Units, Sales, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders to align priorities, support negotiations, and strengthen execution discipline
- Develop executive-ready materials that clearly articulate supply chain implications, trade-offs, and value propositions to support decision-making and strategic alignment
Preferred Experience
- Significant experience in semiconductor supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, or operations, with demonstrated understanding of end-to-end manufacturing flows and operational constraints
- Proven track record leading cross-functional, customer- and supplier-facing initiatives that translate operational capabilities into strategic business outcomes
- Experience in supply chain strategy, manufacturing strategy, or sourcing strategy roles, rather than purely tactical planning or execution positions
- Strong ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization, including senior operational, commercial, and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated comfort operating in ambiguous environments that require creative problem-solving, negotiation, and rapid decision-making
