Program Manager - Business Demand Response

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead CLEAResult’s implementation of commercial and industrial Demand Response programs for a utility in Indianapolis. This role involves overseeing all phases of program implementation, including cost management, program implementation, performance tracking, client/customer satisfaction, and strategic coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all phases of client programs, including P&L reporting and KPI tracking
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development)
• Development of strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance relative to market opportunity, working closely with company functional groups
• Ensuring program implementation aligns with regulatory requirements, market trends and customer needs
• Overseeing customer satisfaction and engagement
• Supporting process improvements to enhance program delivery
• Achieving accurate reporting and data management

Requirements

• 6+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in demand response or utility programs
• 2+ years of leadership and people management experience
• Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of data analysis tools
• Excellent written, reporting, and presentation skills
